M. Voss stated they don’t have the knowledge and need help submitting grants.
R Him stated the more small counties that work together, the better off we are.
S. Pitt stated we are very strong financially and need to make sure who we hire they know what they are doing.
S. Eifert stated the first few weeks would be the most intense, and after that, a lot can be done online. It would be one day per week on-site, and if anything else comes up, it can be done by phone or on-site if it needs to be.
S. Pitt stated she thinks Sean could come in and continue where Cheryl left off, as she was very organized. We currently have three applicants and are stopping taking applications as of Friday. We hope to have someone in place by the end of the year.
